| | How sad. The Billy Blanks Tae-Bo World Training Center is closing tomorrow. I took my last class there on Monday. It was my "kick your ass into shape" when I was home. How am I going to work-off the holiday pounds that I'm gonna gain w/Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's just around the corner? In other news...I went skydiving in Santa Barbara last weekend. It was sooooo amazing!!! I'm totally afraid of heights, but for some reason, when you're up in the plane, and you DON'T see the ground, it's not quite as scary. Plus, they push you out of the plane so fast that you don't really have time to think about it and actually GET scared. I'm in my last 2 weeks of my Ambulatory Care rotation. I've enjoyed most of it, but definitely not all of it. I love talking to patients. I swear, I come home everyday with a different funny story. But I guess I have a hard time w/a couple of my preceptors b/c I don't necessarily see things their way. Whatever. On to Critical Care after that. It's gonna be an entire 180 for me. Yikes. Longer days, that's for sure. Speaking of good things coming to an end...the end of 2006 is quickly approaching. I'd have to say that 2006 has been a good year. Full of new, exciting experiences and new, exciting people. I'm curious to see what 2007 has in store... |
